Dr. Dimitris Ligouras

R&D Manager

Dr. Liguras has over 20 years of experience in the fuels and petrochemicals areas. He held various academic positions in the U.S.A. and in Greece and worked for nine years at Mobil in the USA before joining HELBIO.

His expertise is in the areas of heterogeneous catalysis, reaction engineering, process development, plant design and construction. He has published a number of papers in international refereed journals and holds two patents.

Dr. Liguras holds a BSc in Chemical Engineering from the University of Illinois and MSc and PhD degrees in Chemical Engineering from the University of California, Los Angeles.
